Sawn square
The bar end is sawn square at 90° so both ends seat properly inside the coupler.
A parallel-threaded mechanical splicing system for concrete reinforcing bars — full ductile strength, no loss of cross-section, and no torque wrench on site.

Reliable rebar connection & protection solutions
At RebarConnect Solution Private Limited we manufacture rebar couplers, MBT rebar couplers and rebar thread protection caps. Every product is engineered to deliver superior strength, a secure connection, straightforward installation and dependable performance on residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.

Both bar ends are forged, threaded and gauged before they ever reach the site. The sleeve turns on until it seats, and the joint carries the bar — not the concrete around a lap.
The thread is cut into material added by cold forging, not taken out of the parent bar. There is no reduced section at the joint, and no lap length bought, bent and tied purely to be overlapped.
Threads leave the works capped and stay that way through storage and transport. Weeks later the cap comes off and the coupler runs straight on — the splice on the drawing is the splice on the deck.
Advanced manufacturing processes ensure accurate dimensions, perfect threading and reliable connections.
High-grade materials and strict quality checks ensure strength, durability and consistent performance.
Rebar couplers, MBT rebar couplers and rebar thread protection caps from one manufacturer.
Committed to dependable quality, timely service and long-term customer relationships.
Couplers are tested to IS 16172 and rated Type 2 seismic across the full 12 to 40 mm range.

A parallel thread cut to a controlled tolerance, on a forged bar end that is wider than the parent bar. That is the whole idea — the joint is stronger than the steel it joins.

Thread cut, capped, traceable

One system covers the full bar range, ASTM #4 to #13.
Every unit carries its own marking for full material traceability.
Dimensions for every size we manufacture, read live from our product database.
Drawing is indicative and scales with the selected size. Fully dimensioned drawings are issued with the quotation.
Because the system is parallel-threaded, there is no risk of thread mismatch and no risk of cross-threading — whichever method the site calls for.
A quick, clean connection: rotate the reinforcing bar until the threads are fully engaged. Nothing else is needed on site.
The parallel thread removes two of the most common site failures — thread mismatch and cross-threading — before they can happen.
No welding torch, no lapping, no torque wrench. The bar end is already forged and threaded when it reaches the deck — the fitter runs the coupler on until the thread is fully engaged, and the joint carries the full bar.
Every bar end passes through the same sequence in our Rajkot works before it reaches a coupler. Precision at this stage is what the test reports measure.
The bar end is sawn square at 90° so both ends seat properly inside the coupler.
A patented cold-forging process increases the core diameter, so the thread never eats into the parent section.
The enlarged end is threaded to the required length with the standard RebarConnect parallel thread.
Each threaded end is tested in tension. The load stays inside the elastic range, so the test is non-destructive.
Wherever reinforcement has to be joined at full strength — in tower columns, across bridge decks, or in track slabs built to a programme.

Column, core and shear-wall bars are heaviest exactly where they have to be joined. A threaded splice transfers the full bar inside one sleeve, so the cage stays open enough to place and vibrate concrete, and the column keeps its designed section at every floor.

From flyover piers poured in stages to metro viaducts built to a programme — drag either model to see where the couplers sit.

About usThreads ship sealed against impact, dust and corrosion.
Piers, pier caps and deck slabs are poured in stages that can stand for weeks. The coupler leaves a finished thread at each construction joint, capped and clean, so the next pour connects at full bar strength instead of a lap the designer has to find room for.

Viaducts, track slabs and station boxes run to a fixed programme with the project authority checking every splice. Every size from 12 to 40 mm is rated for Type 2 seismic performance, with documented test reports so a joint can be signed off on the day it is made.
A tower column, a bridge deck and a track slab ask the same thing of a joint: carry the full bar where a lap cannot reach. RebarConnect makes the parallel thread, the coupler and the protection cap in-house, across eight sizes from 12 to 40 mm — so the splice on your drawing is the splice that arrives on site.
